Guaranteed Reservations: room will be held until 18.00 on the arrival day. If check in time is after 18.00, please inform your flight number with ETA or guarantee your reservation by credit card. 

Cancellation poilcy: in case cancellation is made within 48 hours before the arrival date, 50% of the relevant roomrate will be charged. In case of no show, the full cost of the reserved rooms will be charged.
