From Septemper 17 to 25, Saigontourist Holding Company, in cooperatiion with the Saigon Bartenders & Sommeliers Club, The Hochiminh City Tourism Association, the Saigon Times Foundation and the Saigontourist Hospitality College, held the Saigontourist Bartender Cup 2009.
This year, competition attracted 93 contestants, who work at restaurants, hotels and resorts nationwide, 40% of whom were not Saigontourist staff.
The contest featured cocktail-making, cocktail-making performance and bartender’s costume competitions.
In the cocktail-making competition, Truong Phuc Vien from First Hotel received consolidation prize.
