To maintain and promote the tradition of “The First Smile”, on October 27^th, 2011 at Hoa Su II Restaurant, First Hotel continued organizing "The 5^th First Smile - 2011" local contest.
The contest is not just a playground for the hotel staffs but also the opportunity for contestants who have the opportunity to review professional skills in tourism services as well as more opportunities to further enhance customer service quality according to the slogan “First Impression Lasts Forever”.
