With the program "How to cook a sample lunch", Chef Do Quang Long, a famous culinary in Vietnamese cuisine will show you how to prepare meals for a set menu requested in advance.

A class is divided into two parts: the shopping and the cooking. There are two programs for two different audiences: regular program for foreigners working in Vietnam and short term programs with one or two sessions for tourists or persons staying just a few days in Vietnam.

This is a program to create new experiments for visitors coming to Vietnam, particularly to the First Hotel. Fee for minimum 4 persons up / time:
            - Cooking only: 630,000 VND / person
            - Shopping and cooking: 760,000 VND / person

Until now, First Hotel has organized more than 50 classes and has certified more than 500 visitors from different countries.
